Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Sagging, or drooping eyelids and/or bags and bulges around the eyes are not limited to older individuals. Many individuals inherit a predisposition toward development of fat pouches at an early age. Eyelid surgery is a procedure designed to correct this condition by lifting and tightening the eyelids, i.e., by removing excess skin, muscle, and fat from both the upper and lower eyelids. This procedure is often combined with a forehead lift for a more dramatic effect.

Facelift

Facelift surgery is designed to improve the most visible signs of aging: the lines that form between the nose and the mouth, major wrinkles, deep cheek folds, large jowls that form with age, and loose, sagging skin around the neck. Facelift surgery involves removing of excess fat, tightening of the facial and neck muscles, and removing excess skin. A facelift is often combined with other procedures such as eyelid surgery, forehead lift, chin augmentation, and/or liposuction to achieve more dramatic results.

Forehead Lift (Brow Lift)

This procedure is designed to restore a more youthful, refreshed look by lifting the skin on the forehead, raising the eyebrows and upper eyelids, and softening and flattening deep frown lines between the eyebrows. The muscles and tissues that cause the furrowing and drooping are removed or altered through strategically placed incisions in the scalp. This procedure is sometimes combined with eyelid surgery to achieve more dramatic results.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty, or a nose job is a surgical procedure designed to improve the appearance of the nose and, in some cases, correct deformities that cause breathing problems. Rhinoplasty is essentially a surgical sculpting of the nose where excess bone and/or cartilage is removed or, in some cases, cartilage is grafted to help remodel the nasal framework. The surgery can change the shape and size of the nose, the shape of the bridge, tip, or nostrils, as well as the angle between the mouth and the nose. The changes may be subtle or dramatic, depending on the specific needs of the patient.
